- To foster leadership, self-reliance, and empowerment among women and girls
- To build a nationwide and global network of female leaders, mentors, and changemakers

Working Process – How SheLeadsNow Operates
Community Building
- Recruit and train Zonal Coordinators and Volunteers across different regions
- Create local groups and online communities for discussion and support
- Partner with schools, colleges, and youth clubs
Digital Campaigns & Content
- Share stories, lessons, and campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Create educational videos, infographics, and live sessions on women’s rights, leadership, mental health, and self-defense
- Run monthly themes (e.g., Financial Literacy Month, Leadership Month, etc.)
Workshops & Events
Organize in-person and online workshops on:
- Self-defense
- Public speaking
- Career guidance
Menstrual hygiene
- Cyber safety
- Host SheLeads Summits, awards, and networking events
Mentorship & Training
- Pair women with mentors in leadership, tech, entrepreneurship, etc.
- Offer free or low-cost training programs (physical + virtual)
Advocacy & Social Action
- Collaborate with NGOs and legal advisors on gender-based violence, workplace rights, education, etc.
- Run awareness campaigns to influence public mindset and policies
- Support victims through referrals and safe space networks
